This badge is awarded to the participants of the Kick-off meeting for the STREAM project: Supporting Traineeships and Employment Apprenticeship through Micro-credentials, within the ERASMUS-EDU-2023-PI-FORWARD-LOT2 program. The meeting took place in Rome at the premises of CIOFS-FP ETS, the coordinator partner of the project.
During the Kick-off meeting, the consortium partners convened for the first time to officially launch the project and lay the groundwork for its successful execution.
The meeting focused on several key objectives:
1.Project Introduction: Providing an overview of the project's objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
2.Clarification of Roles and Responsibilities: Defining the roles of team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone understands their tasks and contributions.
3.Establishment of Communication Channels: Setting up methods for ongoing communication, collaboration, and reporting.
4.Discussion of Timelines and Deliverables: Reviewing key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to align the entire team on the project schedule.
5.Risk and Challenge Identification: Discussing anticipated risks and developing strategies to address them.
6.Team Building: Fostering collaboration and creating a shared sense of purpose among all team members and stakeholders.
This meeting was a pivotal step in ensuring the STREAM project's smooth progress and success.

Attendance rate: participant attended at least 90% of the total meeting time.
Feedback provided: participant provided feedback during or after the meeting, either through surveys or verbal evaluations.
