Across 15+ years at AXA and Generali the numbers do the talking — +50% new-business growth in a single year, Top Talent AXA Italy (2023) and Best Performer Area Manager (2024) — leading through influence a third-party bancassurance network of 300 retail branches, 8 private centres and 700+ premium, affluent and private managers. In parallel, I’m a Certified Board Member (SAQ / ISO 17024) and sit on several boards, where I contribute to strategy, governance and risk.
