
Riccardo Battistoni
Riccardo Battistoni is a PhD student in criminal law at the University of Eastern Piedmont. He holds a law degree from the University of Turin with a mark of 110/110 and a diploma from the School of Specialisation for Legal Professions of Turin and Eastern Piedmont. He has written in scientific journals on the topics of punishment, re-education and medical responsibility. His main field of research is agri-environmental criminal law. For several years, he has been tutor of the course 'Legal Clinic: Disability and Vulnerability' at the Law Department of the University of Turin.
