I have always been involved in technical assistance to customers, experimentation and demonstration tests, definition of pest control strategies, choice of and integrated control strategies and techniques in both sectors (Agricolture and Pest Control) Always involved as manager, developer and teacher in training courses for customer and techinician. I have skills in quality management and training systems.
