This badge is issued to those who participate in the training activities of Newster Academy aimed at qualifying independent figures in the sale and management of Newster plants

They have the following knowledges:

-Scientific Area: received international references received, technological comparisons carried out, reports and projects acquired, specific studies, analyses and thesys developed with universities

-Technical Area: list of available spare parts and user manuals available for customers, maintenance procedures for the devices, regulated safety procedures, certificates of conformity, minimum requirements for installation

- Commercial Area: company profile, active collaborations with prestigious partners, quality certificates obtained, documents and material for promotional activities, specific requests for tenders

-Corporate Identity: company regulations and guidelines for the use of the logo and the communication kit

- Management of medical waste: principles of environmental management of waste streams produced in a health facility and good practices for the management of healthcare waste,from collection in the wards to on-site sterilization treatment and final disposal.

- On-site sterilization system validation: criteria for the biological and physical evaluation of the sterilization process with the Newster FHT plant

- Waste sterilization in transition 4.0: how to use the web app In-sight for managing the flow of sterilized waste.

Skills:


They are able to:

- support authorization and commissioning operations

- manage the operations concerning the installation and maintenance of the Newster Sterilizer

- conduct cost / benefit analyses, learn about other installation experiences and commercial / promotional documents

- follow the communication guidelines imposed by Newster

- support the Health Department in improving the healthcare waste management plan, identifying the categories of medical waste and implementing the effectiveness of the waste classification and collection processes within the structure to maximize operator safety

- apply the validation protocol to validate the system and carry out periodic checks

- remotely supervise the performance of the machine, use the records to organize maintenance and preventive and predictive assistance, use the app to produce the documents necessary for the management of outgoing waste.
