Project partners meetings serve as an important opportunity for all participating organisations to come together to review progress, coordinate upcoming activities, and ensure full alignment with the project’s objectives. During these meetings, partners discuss completed and ongoing tasks, address potential challenges, make strategic decisions, and refine planning for the next phases of work.
It is also a key moment to strengthen collaboration, share insights, and confirm roles, timelines, and responsibilities across the consortium.
This first transnational partners’ meeting of the STAR Girls project, carried out in Bologna, aimed at coordinating project management and financial aspects, reviewing the analysis of best practices carried out in each country, and jointly designing and planning the mentoring programme, experimentation phase, policy recommendations, and communication activities for the project.
