The curriculum integrates technical and analytical disciplines with behavioural dimensions, strengthening participants’ ability to analyse business models, formulate and implement competitive strategies, and manage core corporate functions in an integrated manner, including strategy, finance, accounting, marketing, and operations. In parallel, the programme fosters leadership development, understood as the capacity to make responsible decisions, lead teams, and manage organisational transformation in a structured and informed manner.
