Talent Management Program was launched at the LINKS Foundation in 2022; one of the most important initiatives is the establishment of the LINKS Academy.
The LINKS Academy is a program for new hires to support young researchers through a structured and personal path for developing technical, scientific and transversal skills.
The role of the mentor immediately emerged as fundamental. The mentor in Academy is a scientific and human reference for new hires with which to discuss technical as well as personal matters, such as seeking advice, discussing work-related aspects, etc.
The proposed training program is designed to further develop and refine awareness of the role of a mentor with the following objectives:
- Acquire tools to guide colleagues on professional growth paths
- Enhance the ability to communicate and promote values of LINKS Foundation
- Increase the ability to give and receive feedback.
It consists of four meetings of three and a half hours each, held approximately once a month between April and June 2025, and it is organized in collaboration with the training agency Nilman News in Learning Management srl.
