Fondazione LINKS, an instrumental body of the Polytechnic of Turin and the Compagnia di SanPaolo, operates in applied research, innovation and technological transfer, serving as a bridge between basic research and the market. The competence badge is the sign of the successful conclusion of the Program called LINKS Academy of the LINKS Foundation.
The LINKS Academy, as part of the Talent Management Program, is addressed to new employees and aims at increasing skills through training sessions, mentorship, mid-term reviews and formal or informal exchange opportunities.
LINKS Academy Program lasts three years.

The skills acquired in the third year and demonstrated by competence badge are the following:
-Increasing autonomy in managing projects and work activities with increased responsibilities
-Increasing in hard and soft skills through different methods (training courses, on field activities, conferences, seminars, etc.)
- Growing ability to interface with the dynamics of the entire Foundation and to collaborate with work groups other than their own
-Growing ability to evaluate the impact of research activities and to collaborate outside the Foundation.
Vertinimo kriterijai:
At the end of the third year of the Academy, participants are required to demonstrate their professional and personal growth.
Criteria for issuing the competence badge are as follows:
· Positive feedback from the Coordinators of the Talent Management Program and the LINKS Academy
· Positive feedback from the assigned Mentor and the Domain/Unit Manager
· Positive feedback from the Resource Development Manager
· Demonstrating the achievement of the objectives set for the three years in the Academy:
-participation in the opportunities offered by LINKS (e.g., participation in scientific projects, training activities, conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.)
acquisition of both technical and socio-emotional skills
-establishment of a constructive dialogue with the Mentor
-development of a proactive and conscious attitude
-ability to describe their own achievements and the skills acquired during the Program.
Kita informacija:
The assessment of the achievement of skills is carried out through the delivery of the document "Report of the experience and skills acquired during the period of stay at the Foundation" by the participants in collaboration with their mentors.
The competence badge is issued at the end of the third year of the LINKS Academy Program.
